Title: checking: fix cache validity of piggyback sections
Component: Checks & agents
Level: 1
Class: Bug fix
Version: 2.1.0p34
Previously, piggyback sections had a cache validitiy of 90 seconds
if checking was called from Checkmk and (checking interval * 1.5)
seconds if called from the command line.
This led to services in piggyback hosts becoming stale if checking
interval of a source host was bigger than 1 minute.
Cache validity is now (checking interval * 1.5) in both cases.

If the rule for any mailbox related active check was configured without defining the 'server' option and an update to a higher version was attempted, it caused a rule transform error.
This caused the update to fail.
The error looks similar to this:
C+:
client_id, client_secret, tenant_id = auth_data
ValueError: not enough values to unpack (expected 3, got 2)
C-:
This has now been fixed and the transformation of the rule will not cause any problems while updating.
