Per default the index is used. If there are duplicate interfaces with same name, the interface index should be added. Unfortunately, the afore-mentioned mechanism was broken. This has been fixed.

The error cause is an incompatibility within Python 2.7.13 and some Python libraries. We fix this issue by using Python 2.7.12 instead.
