Checkmk Werk 8795: mknotifyd: fix file descriptor leak

ID: 8795 Title: mknotifyd: fix file descriptor leak Component: Notifications Level: 1 Class: Bug fix Version: 1.7.0i1 Before the mknotifyd reloads its configuration it tries to aquire the Checkmk configuration lock. Every time the mknotifyd could not get the lock it leaked a file descriptor. This is fixed. The lock could e.g. not be obtained during an activate changes.
