This behavior denied the editing of the check_mk.user.yml by end user Now this error had been fixed: Windows Agent installs check_mk.user.yml into the check_mk.user.example.yml thus avoiding modifying of user config data. If the user config file is absent, for example, during fresh installation, then then check_mk.user.example.yml is copied to the check_mk.user.yml

It uses the output of {timedatectl timesync-status} as sent by the agent. It lists the information of the synchronised time server including the server address, stratum, offset and jitter. On a running instance the time is synchronised either using ntp or timesyncd. The agent therefore determines the correct service and the respective check to use.

The GUI is now able to handle this situation without failing.
