Title: Stop returning password hashes over WebAPI
Component: Setup
Level: 1
Class: Security fix
Version: 2.1.0i1
Previous to this Werk the WebAPI returned the password hashes and
SessionIds when calling the get_all_users action. If the user was a
automation user the password was returned in clear-text.
This data should not be returned ever. If you forgot a password you have to
reset it.

Title: mk_docker.py: diskstat: do not discovery devices without counters
Component: Checks & agents
Level: 1
Class: Bug fix
Version: 2.1.0i1
Before this change the discovery behaviour of the diskstat check was dependent
on the source of the data: When running an agent inside a docker container,
devices without counters where not discovered, when running the mk_docker.py
agent plugin those devices where discovered.
With this Werk devices without counters are no longer discovered with
mk_docker.py

Title: cleanup only very old activations
Component: Core & setup
Level: 2
Class: Bug fix
Version: 2.1.0i1
During the process of "activating changes" it was possible
in certain situations that the activation-ID would disappear before
the activation could have a chance to complete.
Investigations showed that a cleanup job removed these activations
before they even started. This could then manifest itself as the error:
"Missing Activation ID" or a response with a 404 status in the REST API.
This werk fixes this problem by changing the cleanup job to only consider
activations which are at least an hour (3600 seconds) old.
There are no further changes needed for this to take effect.

Title: Drop outdated and rarely used packages (jmx4perl, Webinject, check_mysql_health, check_oracle_health)
Component: Other Components
Level: 1
Class: Bug fix
Version: 2.1.0i1
These Nagios plugins are not or at least rarely used by Checkmk customers.
Since Checkmk has own monitoring mechanism for Jolokia, MySQL and oracle we
don't need these plugins.
These plugins have been added to Checkmk in the early days of OMD and were not
maintained in our Checkmk packages anymore since years.
If you currently use these plugins in your environment, you may either switch
to the monitoring mechanism Checkmk offers or install the plugins on your own
to the local/lib/nagios/plugins directory of your site.
