The following rule specs/topic combinations from cmk.rulesets.v1 will now be shown in different categories in the UI

The Netapp Ontap plugin _NetApp Filer: Used Space and Traffic of Volumes_ did not monitor S3 subvolumes correctly.
With this werk, the S3 volumes with their respective counters are discovered and monitored.

Now any non-negative value can be set.

On some windows system `Win32_ComputerSystemProduct` seems to return no data.
This call was introduced with [Werk #15332](https://checkmk.com/werk/15332)
Now the parser of this data (`win_computersystemproduct`) can handle empty data.
This change also reduces the data transported with the
`win_computersystemproduct` section, as we only use the UUID.
