ID: 5852 Title: Fixed broken "Management board SNMP credentials" inheritance Component: WATO Level: 1 Class: Bug fix Version: 1.5.0i4 SNMP credentials for management board that were set on folders were not inherited to hosts. The credentials can now also be set to "No explicit credentials" to disable the inheritance of credentials for a host. The host will then either use the SNMP credentials set in the ruleset "Management board config" or use the default SNMP community "public".

It is also possible to override the value inherited from a folder to e.g. set it to "No management board" for specific hosts again.

This issue is still being investigated. In the meantime, the cmk-update-agent.exe is now able to detect a failed installation and tries to repair the missing plugin files. Keep in mind that this workaround is only available -after- the next agent update, so the initial rollout of this update may still fail, since it is done by an earlier version of the agent updater.
