Title: agent_prometheus: Remove web port option from custom url option
Component: Checks & agents
Level: 1
Class: Bug fix
Version: 2.1.0i1
In the previous version, the Prometheus Web Port option was only
relevant for the host name and ip address connection options. This
led to confusion as it was possible to specify the Web Port but
did not apply to the custom url connection option. This werk makes
the port option more specific.

Title: Graph don't confuse metrics names that are like numbers for values
Component: Multisite
Level: 1
Class: Bug fix
Version: 2.1.0i1
Some users name in local checks metrics that represent Network subnets, by the
subnet numbers, eg. "10.172". Although it could be considered a poor naming
practice checkmk now manages to recognize them as metric names out of the
performance data instead as values.

Title: Interface checks: Do not use discovered state and speed in cluster mode
Component: Checks & agents
Level: 1
Class: Bug fix
Version: 2.1.0i1
The interface checks compare the current state and speed of the interfaces to
the values which were found during the discovery phase (unless the user
explicitly configured a different behavior). However, in cluster mode, this
comparison is not useful because the discovered values correspond to a single
interface, whereas the the current values correspond to potentially multiple
interfaces. Therefore, with this werk, this comparison is removed.
Note that, as before, users still have the option to explicitly set the
expected state and speed, also in cluster mode.

Title: Add possibility to change Windows Agent WMI timeout in WATO
Component: Setup
Level: 2
Class: New feature
Version: 2.1.0i1
On heavy loaded systems the Windows WMI subsystem may not respond in
time thus some WMI based services will be switched into the stale state.
Since this release, the user can leverage above mentioned problem by
setting a higher value in wmi_timeout via the ruleset <i>"Windows WMI
Timeout"</i>. Acceptable range is 2-12 seconds, default value is 3 seconds.

Title: chrony: warn if synchronization is lost
Component: Checks & agents
Level: 1
Class: Bug fix
Version: 2.1.0i1
The plugin now detects if the synchronization to the reference source
is lost. Before, the plugin returned OK in this case. Now, WARN/CRIT is
returned if synchronization is lost for a longer timeperiod. The
default values are 30 and 60 minutes and can be configured with the
option "Phases without synchronization" in the ruleset "State of NTP
time synchronization". Note that "NTP time" services are affected as
well by this ruleset.
