Add test to uncover discovery issues before integration tests
The test_bulk_discovery_start_with_defaults integration tests counts the
discovered services when using the default linux agent outout. In case
we break something, the issue is discovered lately during the time consuming
integration tests.
It is better to uncover these issues before merging it into the public branches,
so we create a test (which is obviously more than a unit test) that performs
the discovery on the default linux agent output and verifies the results.

Improve SNMPFetcher typing
We now pass minimal, read-only types to SNMPFetcher.__init__(). The
result is both more flexible and safer.---Functions should generally
take the least derived type and return the most derived one that
they can (rules of variance).

Explicitly load plugins in cmd_caching
In some cases, the autouse fixture would not kick in, for example when
the tests run with `pytest -T unit tests/unit -k 'cmd_caching'`.
It seems that not every test in the module requires the fixture so that
it is clearer and safer to make its usage explicit.
