Text input fields: change param onkeyup -> oninput
In doing so, we make sure that event handlers can also catch input given
without a keyup event - e.g. by clicking an input field suggestion (on
Firefox).
This affects the htmllib fct text_input() as well as the vs TextInput
and all its inheritors. So far, however, the onkeyup param was used only
for comment fields in the commands "Acknowledge problems" and "Schedule
downtimes" - so this change only affects these two existing UI elements.
