Our HTML-related names are very chaotic, misleading and non-standard, so let's start cleaning up this mess, following https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/syntax.html more closely. In the first round, we fix part of the tag vs. element confusion: _render_opening_tag => _render_start_tag _render_closing_tag => _render_end_tag _render_content_tag => _render_element NOTE: All of the open_FOO/close_FOO methods should better be named start_FOO/end_FOO, but they are used all over the place.
