Since we extend the key length now, the test fails. The test is unneccessary and might have been a preliminary sanity check. Since we now have backups with older and therefore shorter keys and newer and longer keys the check makes no sense. Change-Id: If6cf813aeb83502bdc3b10de938489d50cf44158
