15542 FIX Crash MSSQL backup rendering negative timespans
When the hosts' time is running ahead of the servers time the
time since last backup can be negative.
In this case the MSSQL backup check plugin would crash showing
the error message:
<b>ValueError (Cannot render negative timespan)</b>
Now the check plugin creates a warning result rather than crashing.

15543 FIX Crash during discovery (Fortigate CPU)
During discovery the fortigate_cpu and fortigate_cpu_base
check plugins would crash with error:
<b>TypeError (inventory_fortigate_cpu() takes 0 positional arguments but 1 was
given)</b>
Now the discovery works again as intended.
