This commit: - Changes the fallback value for load_file in bi_expansion_level to (0,) instead of (None,). This leads to 0 being the default return value of bi_expansion_level. - Fixes a possible TypeError in ABCFoldableTreeRenderer._is_open where it was possible to try the comparison "int <= None" Change-Id: I20f45ce75fe38cb7c07a9fc6566eb0856840f959 closes: #535
