14626 FIX windows_tasks: Does not crash anymore if the "Scheduled Task State"
is not available
There were cases when the "Scheduled Taks State" was not available in the agent
output.
This caused the check to crash.
Now if this is the case, the check behaves the same as if the "Scheduled Task
State" is equal to "Disabled".
