13217 FIX Agent updater and systemd: Do not restart 'multi-user.target'
In Checkmk version 2.0.0p10 an agent update with an Checkmk agent run
by systemd restarted the <i>multi-user.target</i>, which can lead to
undesired sideeffects on the monitored system.
Now the update only restarts the desired units.
