Remove more pnp templates and fix some issues
Issues:
* add missing metric translations for the rmon_stats check
* add the metric load5 to the cpu_load graph
* make the jitter metric optional in the ntp_time_offset graph
* use different colors for the metrics of the tsm_stagingpools check
* use different colors for the metrics of the vms_system.ios check
* fix the service perfometer for direct and buffered I/O operations
* use "None" for absent warn and crit levels in the perfdata of
the check vms_system.procs
* remove the irritating graph for dhcp leases (users can define levels
for free and used leases, but only the levels for free leases were shown
in the graph and the free leases were stacked above the used leases)
