There is no ip restriction implemented in Solaris inetd service (And AIX doesn't receive a service at all) - Inform about the prerequisites for a IP restriction on Linux, and about the fact that the service won't get activated if they are not met. - Reverse systemd/xinetd for "auto" value on agent_config:super_server ruleset.
