13746 Support Diagnostics: Extend and improve functionality
The usage of the GUI was improved. There's a separate section "Checkmk Log
files" now, the component "Business Intelligence" was added and the inline
help now contains a description of each file.
The sctructure of the tar.gz file was slightly changed and the following information is
now always included in the dump: Checkmk performance data (number of helper processes,
current core statistics), HW information (CPU and Memory), and the environment variables
of the site user.

Improved the support diagnostics based on CMK-9564:
- Make the log files selectable with a possible short description of each file
- Create a separate section "Log files" in the SD GUI
- Include the environment variables of the site user(s)
- Include the BI configuration
- Improved the structure of the tar and created an additional localfiles.csv
- Collect a basic set of performance data and HW information
independent from HW/SW inventory
- the tar.gz now has a tree-like file structure
- there are two "local" files in the tgz: one JSON and one CSV file
- the web.log is now also collected, and its sensitivity is 1 instead
of 3.
