This reverts commit 36a0325d49042a5cf8879a72f9cdf889d7743032, which made tests/unit/cmk/post_rename_site/test_main.py::test_run_executes_plugins tests/unit/cmk/update_config/test_main.py::test_config_updater_executes_plugins fail when the unit test order is randomized. Note that without randomization everything is fine. This is a very strong hint that those tests are buggy, so this needs some investigation before the change can be relanded.
