Recently, it was not possible to bake agents with the agent rule "Network interfaces on windows" set to the powershell version of the plugin. The cause was a wrong reference to it's filename in the corresponding bakery plugin. This is fixed now. Change-Id: I4ed7ee5614a61bc95c07b0fd7025d040f643da61
