Sad story: https://github.com/PyCQA/pylint/commit/9397a5283 fixes https://github.com/PyCQA/pylint/issues/1024, but as a side effect, the characters '#' and ';' act now as inline comment prefixes (see https://docs.python.org/3/library/configparser.html#customizing-parser-beha…). Simple portable and even more readable solution: Just use continuation lines!
