various UX improvements
* move transport check results towards the start of the summary
* move IP white list to details if ok
* refine wording where fusion of plugins lead to ambiguity
* move some updater results to details:
** update URL
** config hash
** penging hash
* output plugins even if version is ok (as a notice)
* rename the ruleset
