12647 FIX ups_cps_battery: fix crash "ValueError (invalid literal for int() with
base 10:'NULL')"
The check ups_cps_battery crashed with the error "ValueError (invalid literal for
int() with base 10:'NULL')"
if the value for the OID "upsAdvanceBatteryTemperature" is equal to
'NULL'.
This is a violation of the SNMP specification.
In future these values will simply be ignored.
