14875 FIX shadow hosts custom attributes doesn't disappear anymore
Previously, shadow hosts custom attributes were ignored during
config generation.
With this release the problem has been eliminated.

Don't use deprecated helper_usage_cmk column and average_latency_cmk columns.
Use their *_checker equivalents instead. These are supported in 2.2, so we
can remove the misnomers for 2.3.
Improved a few descriptions on the way.
