A hash function is designed to prevent just that. Also note that the previous function was not injective, as it would have conflated services of the form ("x_y", "z") and ("x", "y_z"). Note that the function is not in the business of showing anything, so "show_checkboxes" is irritating. We also pass the list of the seleceted serivces directly, resolving the checkbox ids is not this functions job.
