During this time RedHat 6 will reach its regular EOL (https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/errata#Life_Cycle_Dates). Since there are some technical hurdles in supporting RedHat 6, we plan to not support Checkmk 1.7 for RedHat 6. This commit removes RedHat 6 specific code.
