This will fix the reported '50-zombies' error. - correct processing of fetcher status by Microcore - Microcore logs in Debug (with flushing io) situation when the fetcher generates unexpected data in io(exception, for example) - default count for fetchers is set to 13. Till final decision how many fetchers we need - fetcher uses _base._read_line as proven instead of read line in stdin - fixed error in fetcher - .F12 scripts have been fixed Change-Id: Icd100c9a4143c7030cd99483c2f461581ec647c6
