This is necessary after the merge of https://github.com/llvm-mirror/clang-tools-extra into https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project. * Our local fixes have been upstreamed, so reflect this in the hash. * YAPF'd again. Question: Do we really need a local copy? * Pro: Works with older global installations. * Con: Duplication. Let's keep it for now...
