When in overview mode, all stages with no buttons are displayed. This will impact on the flow between stages. These are the conditions of this change: * Moving between stages now returns the new stage index * Stage 0 cannot be disabled * Current stage cannot be disabled * Moving to the previous or next stage will try to locate the first enabled stage in the corresponding direction.
