14436 FIX brocade_sfp: Do not crash upon vanished item
Also fix test to be invoked with a dict section instead of a list, which
is what the actual parse function does.

14438 FIX fritz_wan_if: Fix interface status for non DSL devices
Modern Fritz boxes (non DSL) don't use or don't have the "NewLinkStatus"
value.
Instead we use "NewPhysicalLinkStatus" for those.
Closes #477.
