13458 Add support for GlobalProtect Gateway Utilization
New check GlobalProtect Gateway Utilization is added. It reports
utilization of the gateway as a percentage, number of active sessions
and maximal allowed number of sessions.
It possible to configure thresholds in the ruleset 'GlobalProtect Utilization'
to detect excessive utilization.
