13481 FIX check_mk_agent.freebsd: rename MK_TMPDIR to MK_VARDIR
This werk only affects users with custom plugins for the FreeBSD
agent that use the environment variable `MK_TMPDIR`.
The variable has been renamed to `MK_VARDIR`, to be consistent with
the other *nix agents.

change handling of SPOOLDIR
With this patch we
* change the SPOOLDIR to the path that the other
agents (linux, solaris, aix, openwrt) use
* no longer consider the SPOOLDIR variable from
outer environments
Since the agent did not consider the spool directory
at all in Checkmk <= 2.0, we don't need a werk for this.
