These are not properly catched by the GUI. Therefore a new method "get_validated_type_input" was introduced. It calls the constructor for the given Type (e.g. UserId or int) and catches the ValueErrors and reraises MKUserErrors. Change-Id: I7cb60f776e8b351ee0e50a9e8a1f5e5fda886650
