Add asset section to gcp api integration
We replace the different APIs to get information about gcs,functions,
and run with a single asset section. This section collects information
about any resource currently created in the project. We can use this
information later to add more labels to our services.

Use correct remote IP address from win-conroller
This CL provides agent with real IP address of the remote
peer. The solution is not final, API will be improved and
cleaned in the next commit.
Logic:
- immediately after connect controller sends remote ip addr
as text in established TCP connection
- upon accepting connect agent reads all data up to 1 second
if _connection is local_. Data obtained are assumed as a peer
address
TEST: unit-with-io, manual with log file check

Show maximum metrics error message in dashlets
The "Sorry, you cannot have more than 100 metrics in a combined graph."
error message was only visible in var/log/web.log when creating a
dashlet.
Now you the error message is displayed in the dashlet.
