Previously, nothing was rendered in this case (no matches due to missing "METRIC_" prefix). * Fix rendering of combined graphs for single metrics when rendered via the "Services > All metrics of same type in one graph" menu entry. Previously, the rendering crashed with "There is no graph plug-in with the id '...'" due to the missing "METRIC_" prefix. Note that all of these fixes are needed in master only, so no werk is necessary.
