No need to check for strdup() anymore.
Victory! :-) The Micro Core and then Livestatus NEB do not use strdup() nor
malloc() nor free() anymore, which is a very good thing. We should really
keep it that way.
The only exception: backtrace() and rrd_xport() return malloc()'d stuff, so
we have no choice there.
Next stop: Nuke new/delete and use RAII/smart pointers instead.
