[Check_MK Appliance] Check_MK-Appliance Firmware 1.0.2 released

Dear Check_MK-Appliance-Users, we just released the version 1.0.2 of the firmware. The most important fixes are related to the site configuration which was not set properly during site creation. We also fixed some broken redirects after actions in the web configuration. The release comes with several smaller enhancements and fixes.
