Dear list members,
we are proud that we can finally announce the final release of
version 1.1.8 of Check_MK / MK Livestatus / Multisite.
We wish to thank everyone who has helped in finding and fixing
problems, also those who helped the project by answering questions
on the mailinglist. And we thank everyone using Check_MK for your
kind appreciation of our project.
The version 1.1.8 brings lots of new features and also lots of bug
fixes since 1.1.6. The Changelog is very long and can be read
in detail on the download page:

Please note, that this version is the last one to support
'install_nagios.sh'. The new proposed way of installing Check_MK
plus Nagios and addons is to use the Open Monitoring Distribution,
which you will find on:
http://omdistro.org.
The upcoming release 0.44 of OMD be based upon contain Check_MK 1.1.8.
