By default Windows Agent removes own files and folders. The behaviour of the agent is controlled using yml config key <tt>system.cleanup_uninstall</tt>, possible values are * <tt>none</tt> - do nothing * <tt>smart</tt> - remove owned by the Agent files and subfolders * <tt>all</tt> - remove all files and subfolders in the Windows Agent Program Data directory
