During update it may lead to full deinstallation of the Agent. To prevent such kind of fehler the script checks the status of the service and retries installation. Pause between retriess is 5 seconds, num of retries is 3. - clean tests - full tests - change API to get better diagnostics and checkable test results. - add two log entries to Windows event for service.
