There was no way to remove vanished labels from the host using the UI. Removed comment stated that vanished labels will be dropped silently if they weren't returned in kept labels iterator, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Vanished services can be discovered and are removed on 'Accept all'. Change-Id: I220c36742cbdbb3ae957d3d0d5322da8aa5b544c
